It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jillibb's services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jillibb makes no representation that its services are legal or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by shared name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — constitute a breach of these Terms. All accounts in excess of one will be closed, and any balances or winnings therein may be forfeited without liability to jillibb.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact number, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. jillibb is entitled to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillibb account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jillibb immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jillibb will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jillibb customer support staff will never request your password by any means of communication. Any communication purporting to be from jillibb and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jillibb support immediately.
jillibb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, and CLiQQ, subject to availability. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works of any jillibb content without prior written consent from jillibb.

jillibb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jillibb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jillibb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jillibb's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support channels within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.
jillibb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information on file (registered mobile number or email address, where applicable) at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jillibb platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
